So my sister is getting married tomorrow, and to get around, she got a party bus for the entire wedding party. I felt like it would only be right that I provide the beat. Enjoy.

The most lightest backpack in the Fredrik Packers range is the obviously named Light Weight Back Pack series. Three sizes are available in large, medium and small, which is suitable for daily use or for professional use by messengers. One reason for its lightness is the stripping of inner linings, thus making this bag resistant to water. Couple that with comfortably padded shoulder pads, this all rounder is great on the bicycle as well as off the bicycle. They have come up with a new colorway in purple and blue scheme as reported here but there are plenty of other colorways to choose from on their website.

Jeremy Scott changed the action verbs associated with sneakers– instead of “lace up”, the official lingo is now “suit up”. What do we mean? For his adidas Originals by Originals Fall/Winter 2010 line, Scott suits up a pair of low-top soccer boot inspired sneakers with penguin’s (yes, the arctic bird!) birthday suit– the “tuxedo”. Well, except, the sneaker really is dressed up in a tuxedo, eschews the traditional laces and lace system, and instead, goes even more old-school, replacing everything with a gentlemanly bow-tie, collar, bib and black buttons. The rest of the upper is in a matching black patent leather, nylon mesh and satin-y lining. With these, the bouncers at The Box can no longer complain that your sneakers are not dressy enough–except we are not sure if they will have the sense of humor for Scott’s cheeky attitude. images

Sneaker and street wear select store Kinetics in Tokyo is celebrating seven years in business and to celebrate, 7th anniversary collaboration products. Fortunately there are men’s and lady’s jackets produced and each packaged with custom designed glow in the dark BE@RBRICK. The Dunne jacket is a high tech model from Columbia and features a break up of black and white polka dot pattern and solid black for the men’s model. For lady’s models, it is a collaboration with atmos girls and there are two versions with one being predominantly black and the other polka dot pattern. On top of that the specially designed BE@RBRICK is not sold on its own and will only be available to those who purchase the jacket. All of these items are currently available as pre-order and are scheduled for release around early September.

The folks over at Cool Hunting lives up to their name and can always compile what’s best. This time around, in celebration of the iPhone 4 and its updated five megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Cool Hunting has compiled some of the key iPhone Camera Applications and Accessories one cannot miss out on to maximize the fun times on the gadget. Some of the key ones include Camera Plus Pro, which comes with a range of tools such as anti-shake, self timer and rapid-fire shooting; the True HDR which allows one to adjust the lighting and exposure even if the iPhone 4 does not allow one to adjust aperture and shutter speed; and the 360 Panorama, whose name speaks for itself and eliminates the user’s need to stitch pictures together. Like Utah, the Cavs have gone a little retro, incorporating design elements from two of their 1970s uniforms. It’s an old-school look, but not so much that it’ll look like they’re wearing throwbacks every game. Plus, they got rid of that atrocious script that was across the front of their previous jerseys. Now all they need is to figure out some kind of logo that doesn’t look like a Tampa Bay Buccaneers rip-off and they’ll be golden. Well, wine and golden, but still.
So yeah, great update. Love the colors, love the simplicity, love the fonts and the piping and everything. These are almost as nice as the wine-and-gold throwbacks Cleveland has been known to wear, and that’s quite the accomplishment.
What are your thoughts on the ol’ switcheroo?! Yay or Nay?!

I love Lupe’s T&T line! The line is similar to the notion of ghosts and the paranormal. You know “IT” exists but not too sure if it indeed physically exists so many are ‘open-minded’ to the notion of it. That’s how I feel with this super-rare-unobtainium-exclusively-limited Trilly & Truly line. On the other hand, if you find it (which I have on separate occasions) you wish it was a dream since the price tags make it damn near non-existant for us mere mortals…LoL
From his familiar role as a music star, Lupe Fiasco sets his eyes on a different creative medium with this video unveiling of his fashion brand, Trilly & Truly. Fiasco personally speaks about what this collection dubbed “Basic Info” entails and the overall representation of his brand Trilly & Truly. Look for the collection to hit select retailers including Chicago’s RSVP Gallery.
